We handle every aspect of operations and tenant management, interacting personally with each tenant while respecting their need for creative freedom. Our aim is to foster an environment where creativity can thrive. That’s why we offer low-rent units, flexible month-to-month leases, and the essential infrastructure artists need. This setup allows tenants the freedom to customize their spaces to best suit their work. Since opening our first artist-tenanted building in 2008, we have expanded to oversee eight work-only buildings, providing thousands of square feet of creative space for over 300 artists.
