  • When can I schedule a showing?

    See an available listing you are interested in? Please contact us to schedule a showing. Please list the building and unit name that you are interested in as well as the dates and times that work best for you and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

  • How long are the lease terms typically?

    We do not have leases. Artists will have the flexibility of month-to-month agreements making these units easily accessible and low barrier for entry to all potential tenants. Tenants avoid the risk of being stuck in a lease if their financial situation changes or an opportunity arises elsewhere. 

  • What is included in the rent?

    Power, heat, basic wifi, and cleaner for common use spaces.

  • Is parking available for my staff and customers?

    Parking availability varies by location. Where it is available it is on a first-come first served basis and is not guaranteed.

  • What does the tenant portal do?

    The Tenant Portal is an online tool provided for you at no cost. You will be able to:

    1. Pay your rent online.
    2. View your previous and upcoming payments.
    3. Submit and track maintenance requests.
  • Are bands allowed to practice in these spaces?


    No, bands are not permitted to practice here.

  • Can tenants live in these spaces?


    No, these spaces are not available for residential use.
